Points are not adding when replies are given

Hi Sara Leslie,

Sometimes the points are not adding up in community for the replies, please check below discussions I didn't get points for the replies in this.  This is happening frequently, please check.

Can we do union of 2 data source (Oracle and CSV data) in single QVD?

What is the difference between using “=” before a variable and when it is not used?

Add fixed position comment to chart

Hi Jagan,

I reach Sara Leslie, with the same issue.

Points to reply is conditional i.e we will get 20 points a day while replying to posts.

Yes I agree.

As Community is hosted on JIVE.

We need to consider that time and the place where these server are hosted, not our local time.

Yes, Ashfaq is correct. There is a daily limit to some of the types of points rewards.

I respectfully disagree. Before there was a daily limit, there seemed to be many poorly thought out and useless replies. Unfortunately, automatically assigning a point for replies says nothing about the quality of the reply. Providing points for Correct, Useful & Likes does reflect quality and relevance.
