Avoiding null values in Qlick Replicate

I am trying to eliminate null values from numeric column from source while exporting data from qlick replicate . 

I have given the below expresion however i am getting empty column , however i am getting empty file. 

$COLUMN IS NOT NULL 

Anything i am missing here? Can you please let me know.
