Basic Scpecifications for Installing Qlik in Oracle Cloud

Hi Everyone,

I want to purchase a server in Oracle cloud. I want to install Qlik in the server provided by Oracle Cloud. 

As the oracle cloud bit expensive, I want to know the minimum specifications of the server in detail to run Qlik processes smoothly.

Ex:- If server has a 16gb ram and relevant processor, how many minimum and maximum users can access Qlik.

Please be kind enough to share your opinions on it.
