End User not able to change filters any longer

I'm not sure where the correct location for this question is, but we have been using Qlikview for a few years and this is the first time I have had an end user with this issue.  The end user has an application that he has been using over the last few years on a regular basis.  However, recently his filter options are no longer working.  The filter options he can still change show in the standard green, however some of the filters are now a blue color and he is no longer able to adjust these filters.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.  Other applications are still working fine for him, just this one.

It sounds like they locked the filter.  Have them select the problem filter and then the "Unlock" button.
