Not Exists () or Not IN

Buenos días, necesitaría ayuda para resolver lo siguiente:

Tengo 2 tablas, y necesitaría que la TABLA "ESTIMACIONES" traiga todos los registros del campo "oportunidad" siempre y cuando NO EXISTAN en la tabla "BLACK LIST".

Osea que si la Oportunidad existe en ambas tablas, no debería traer el dato.

Entiendo que debería usar NOT EXISTS o NOT IN pero no me funcionó hasta ahora.

BLACK LIST:
LOAD
Nro_Oportunidad  as  oportunidad,

ESTIMACIONES:

oportunidad,

empresa

FROM Tabla2....
