Qlik Insight Bot Failed Installation

Hi Everyone, I've been trying install Qlik Insight Bot in a server with windows server 2019 (I've not activated the OS, i have it in evaluation mode), I read documentation and I followed all the steps, but the installation fail.

The error in the log is the following.
