Qlikview Pivot Dashboard getting double figures

Hi All,

I would like to check for using Qlikview Pivot Table in Qilkview Dashboard. Some users are getting double figures sometimes on Pivot table and double figures in exported data from Pivot too. However it's the correct figures on other users access point for that same Pivot table.

I would like to know if anyone encountered like this before and if there is any possible root cause for such kind of case.

Some users get double figures and other don't ? 

Normally a QV document will behave identical between users. However,  security by section access could could create this scenario of you are using an app that have duplicated data that is supposed to always be filtered down by Section Access for all users, but for users in Question this reduction is not done correctly. 

If it is not SA then I recommend you to become more specific in your description of this issue.
