Operations monitor not showing all the data after upgrade on Qlik sense on windows operating systems

Hello,

Check for the db variable. Whether dashboard is pulling data from Logging Database or Flat files.

I tried changing Db varaibale to 1 and 2,but not showing task details especially.

1= log files

2= database logs

yes, the logging service running successfully and data not showing from dec 5 2021 onwards (we upgraded on dec 4 late evening to Aug 2021 SR4)
