QlikView Error sourcedocument failed to reload when trying to load report in QlikView 12.40

I am building a QlikView Server using Version 12.40 on a Windows Server 2019 Server.

Everything was installed and the service account user is an account that we already use on another QlikView Version (Version 11 on Windows 2008). All I doing is building a new Server with a modern OS and different version of QlikView using the same reports and the user, which we know works on the older version.

Unfortunately, when I try loading the reports, I am getting an error message "sourcedocument failed to reload..Exception=System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x80004005): Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.

Searching, there seems to be multiple possibilities for this error, but very little in the way of solutions. So, I would like to ask whether any has experienced this problem before on Server 2019 with QlikView or can provide any help or guidance to assist?

Please check the variable if they are valid from Tools > Alerts section.

Thanks for replying, but I am unclear whether the link you have provided answers my problem. What I am seeing is even when I try and start up one report it fails with the error I gave in my post. So, not even one report will start. Can you confirm whether this link covers even when you try start just one report out 16?
