Who can raise a ticket at Qlik Community to receive help from Qlik?
Are all types of Qlik partners able to raise it even if they didn't sell Qlik license to the specific customer?

Anyone who has registered to the Qlik community can raise a ticket in the community and you will get the answers from the other user who are in the community, but if you want official support from the Qlik you need to have a valid Qlik License
