login issue

Hello. I changed my phone and I can't sign in with Google authenticator with the new phone.

How can I configure it?

Hi @menazzit1 

If you have lost the device, you can use the recovery code which was generated when setting up the MFA.

If you do not have a recovery code, then please reach out to our Customer Support team who can reset it for you.
