Stakeholder where to put them in the CASE (new CASE portal)

Hello,
Unfortunately, I do not know where to ask this question best.
I have several cases open in the support portal (new support portal since October 2021).
Before Oct-2021 it was possible to add my colleagues as steakholders to cases.
I did not find this point - add - neither when opening a new case, nor when editing them.
If the item does not exist anymore, please add it again.
If the item exists, where? Where do I add my colleagues or other people as stakeholders?

Leider weiss ich nicht, wo ich diese Frage am besten stelle.
Ich habe mehrere Cases im Support-Portal offen (neues Support-Portal seit Oktober 2021).
Vorher war es möglich meine Kollegen als Steakholder hinzuzufügen.
Diesen Punkt - hinzufügen - fand ich weder beim Öffnen eines neues Cases, noch bei deren Bearbeitung.
Falls es den Punkt nicht mehr gibt, fügen Sie ihn bitte wieder hinzu.
Wenn es den Punkt gibt, wo? Wo füge ich meine Kollegen oder weitere Personen als Stakeholders hinzu?

Please add a comment on the case to the user/email whom you want to add as a stakeholder on a case and the agent who is working on the case will be able to add stakeholder on a case.

Currently, it's not possible to add on the customer end. As far as I know, it is being worked on.

I asked multiple times in the 3 open cases for the respective case owners to add 1-2 stakeholders. Unfortunately, I received neither an answer nor that the respective stakeholders were added.
So this is not a great answer to my question.

Ich bat mehrfach in den 3 offenen Fällen die jeweiligen Besitzer des Falles darum, 1-2 stakeholder hinzuzufügen. Leider erhielt ich dazu weder eine Antwort, noch, dass die jew. Stakeholder hinzugefügt wurden.
Also ist dies keine tolle Antwort auf meine Frage.
