Zero on Bar charts

I have a Bar chart as below, i am looking for some kind of Bars to be represented for MFG for 0 Values. The data is not having any rows  for MFG for that category.  Ex. the Second set has bars as (1,2,2) i am looking for MFG (0,0,2) and for the last one(1,1,0) 

Please suggest.
